i totally loved the food and the staff blew me away they were so great. the hotel itself is very good and the entertainment team had something for every age! it is super close to the beach too just a quick five-minute walk and shops are nearby too. free safe in the rooms and free air conditioning plus really big beds what's not to love!
the reception wasn't super friendly no smiles there and the room wasn't cleaned properly even after we asked for service.

the hotel had easy access to local tourist sites. it was only a three-minute walk to the beach. we really maximized our stay there because of the excellent access to everything.

the cleaning staff maintained a super clean environment. the hotel provided a nice pool that was cleaned every evening. there were water slides that my kids enjoyed.
the restaurant was often too small for the number of guests. the hot food selection had limited variety. there was frequent noise late at night from furniture being moved above my room, even after i informed reception.

Acceptable Stay, But Some Issues

The food was acceptable with plenty of choice (I found something to eat every day).
The night reception staff were unprofessional. The so-called super king bed was two singles pushed together and they kept separating. I also found that the duvet was a single placed sideways on the bed, and it did not reach the bottom.

Lovely Hotel Experience

The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping came daily and cleaned rooms well. The entertainment was great. I enjoyed a different show each night. Kids' discos were also a hit with my children. I also appreciated the polite entertainment staff, especially Dinno and Anwar, who always were very good.
The food was a bit repetitive. I was able to find something to eat every day. This was difficult due to picky eaters though! I hope that there will be more variations in the future with children.

Fantastic stay with great staff

I enjoyed a really nice week here. The hotel's location is excellent. A short 5-minute walk brings you to the exclusive beach area . The hotel room was super clean and cozy (I slept like a log). I found the animation team superb. Anwar and Chocolate Mousse were particularly friendly and had great energy. I felt safe walking around day and night. I also enjoyed exploring the area.
The pool could be a bit larger. It was sometimes difficult to find a sun bed, but the staff did a wonderful job setting up beds and umbrellas when needed.
